Shipping policy

Last update: August 2026

This policy describes the practical procedures for shipping orders placed on cykero.com. It complements the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which govern the sale itself. In the event of any contradiction, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall prevail.

SECTION 01

DELIVERY ZONE

Products are shipped to all member states of the European Union.
For delivery outside the European Union, customers are requested to contact customer service before placing an order.

SECTION 02

ORDER PREPARATION

Orders are prepared within twenty-four business hours from the effective receipt of payment.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday will be prepared on the next following business day.
A confirmation email containing a tracking number is sent to the customer as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.

SECTION 03

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Two delivery methods are offered, subject to availability for the specified address:

  • Standard: three to five business days from shipment;

  • Express: one to two business days from shipment.

These timeframes are average estimates. They may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, periods of high activity, and unforeseen circumstances specific to the carrier.
In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the Consumer Code, and regardless of the chosen method, delivery will take place no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract, unless a different timeframe has been expressly agreed upon with the customer.

SECTION 04

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and volume of the order as well as the delivery address. Their amount is displayed before final validation of the order and forms part of the total price due.

SECTION 05

ORDER TRACKING

A tracking link is sent by email upon shipment. It allows customers to check the progress of the delivery.
Tracking information is provided by the carrier. A failure to update tracking does not prejudice the actual status of the package; in case of doubt, customers are invited to contact customer service.

SECTION 06

RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE

Upon receipt, customers are invited to check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of apparent damage or missing items, it is recommended to make precise and detailed reservations on the delivery note and inform customer service as soon as possible.
This formality facilitates the processing of the claim with the carrier. It does not condition the right of withdrawal, legal guarantees, or the rights described in Article 8 hereof.
In the event of absence when the delivery person arrives, the package is made available according to the carrier's terms, generally at a pickup point or during a second presentation. Once the holding period expires, the package is returned to CYKERO; the customer is then contacted to arrange a new shipment or a refund for their order.

SECTION 07

DELIVERY DELAY

When delivery does not take place within the announced timeframe, the customer may instruct CYKERO to deliver within a reasonable additional period.
Failing performance within this new timeframe, the customer may terminate the contract by registered letter or in writing on another durable medium, in accordance with Article L.216-6 of the Consumer Code. The sums paid are then refunded no later than fourteen days following termination.
When the delivery time constituted an essential condition of the contract brought to CYKERO's attention before its conclusion, the customer may terminate the contract immediately.

SECTION 08

LOST, DAMAGED, OR UNRECEIVED PACKAGE

In accordance with Article L.216-4 of the Consumer Code, CYKERO is responsible for the proper execution of the delivery until the product is physically handed over to the customer, even when transport is entrusted to a third party.
Consequently, the loss, theft, or deterioration of the package occurring prior to this handover are handled by CYKERO. Depending on the case, a new shipment is organized or the price is refunded, at no cost to the customer. The customer does not need to take any steps with the carrier: CYKERO handles the recourse.
Any anomaly must be reported to sav@cykero.eu. Customers are encouraged to do so as soon as they become aware of it to speed up processing; the passage of time does not deprive them of their rights, which remain subject solely to legal limitation periods.
The insurance taken out by CYKERO for its shipments is part of its relations with its service providers. It has no impact on the customer's rights, which are neither subordinate to its scope nor to the coverage of the claim.

SECTION 09

ERROR IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are invited to carefully verify the address entered before validating their order.
When a delivery fails due to an incomplete or erroneous address provided by the customer, reshipping costs may be billed to them.
Any request for address correction is taken into account if it reaches CYKERO before the package is handed over to the carrier. Past this stage, modification depends on the options offered by the carrier.

SECTION 10

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

Prices displayed for delivery within the European Union include all taxes. No fiscal supplement will be requested from the customer upon receipt.
For delivery outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees may be required by the authorities of the destination country. These amounts are not included in the displayed price and remain the customer's responsibility. Their amount is determined by the relevant administration and cannot be estimated by CYKERO.

SECTION 11

RETURNS

Return procedures under the right of withdrawal are described in Article 9 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Returns under warranties are described in Articles 10 and 11 of the same conditions.
